大學部課程抵修申請

申請日期依校曆公告日期辦理
基本流程
  1. 填妥申請表前，請先查明自己適用的必修課目表（學號為90開頭的請查90學年度教務章則彙編，以此類推）
  2. 若非以上情形，請先問系辦
  3. 最後再至系辦蓋章並留底
  4. 再自行送至教務處註冊組
 ※ 當學期選修課程的抵 (免)修申請，請於人工加退選結束後【校曆第四週】再提出。
準備文件
  • 課程抵(免)修申請表(登入NCU PORTAL=>課程抵免修系統填寫)操作說明詳見註冊組公告。注意:
    請務必先列印申請表後再按送審 ，因資料 確定 送審後，學生申請介面就無法再 修改 、 刪除 及列印 。
  • 該科成績單一份(畢審系統或教務處成績系統印出, 向學校申請亦可) 或以行動裝置(電話或平板)連接學籍系統出示修課成績
