[課務組公告] 112-2學期課程停修申請至5/10(五)17:00

各位同學好，

本學期課程停修申請至5/10(五)17:00截止收件，

申請表請至選課系統印製，

須完成學生本人、任課教師、學生所屬系主任簽章後，

由學生親送至課務組。

有意辦理停修同學敬請留意時程。

注意事項：
1.停修每學期限一門，停修後總學分數不得少於每學期應修學分數。
2.已辦理減修者，不得再辦理停修。

The deadline for course withdrawal application is 5/10 (Fri.) 17:00.
You can print the application form from Course Schedule Planning System.
It requires signatures from you, the course instructor, and the department chair,
and must be submitted in person to Curriculum Division.
